Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the MindFN platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MindFN website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. MindFN Ltd is registered in England and Wales, and these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

2. Description of Service

MindFN is a real-time trading signal intelligence platform operated by MindFN Ltd. The platform monitors 275+ financial instruments across multiple asset classes and timeframes, delivering structured signals, market data, and analytical tools for informational purposes only. MindFN does not execute trades, connect to brokers, manage portfolios, or provide personalised financial advice.

3. No Financial Advice

MindFN is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a financial advisor or broker. The signals, data, and information provided through our services are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions you make are solely your responsibility. If you require financial advice, consult an independent advisor authorised by the FCA.

4. User Accounts

To access the core features of the platform, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Subscription and Billing

MindFN will offer subscription-based access. All new accounts will begin with a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. When implemented, subscription fees will be billed monthly in advance. You will be able to cancel at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you will have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if you have not used the service. Subscription and billing functionality is currently under development.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks associated with MindFN are owned by or licensed to MindFN Ltd and are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial trading purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Subject to the above, MindFN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or trading losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For complaints, contact us at support@mindfn.ae.
