Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
At MindFN, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and disclose your information when you use our website, platform, and services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account or contact our support team. This may include your full name, email address, IP address, browser type, operating system, usage data, and interaction patterns within the platform. When subscription billing is implemented, payment information will be processed through a third-party payment processor — we will not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our signal intelligence platform; to manage your account; to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages; to deliver custom configurations such as your personalised watchlists and dashboard views; and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use. When subscription billing is implemented, we may also use your data to process payments and manage your subscription.
3. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, as required by the UK GDPR. These include encryption of data in transit using TLS, secure storage of passwords using modern hashing algorithms, regular security audits, and access controls limiting employee access on a need-to-know basis. While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
4. Your Data Rights (UK GDPR)
Under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete the personal data we hold about you; the right to restrict or object to processing; the right to data portability; and the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@mindfn.ae. We will respond within one month. If unsatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you interact with the platform. Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. Analytics cookies are only placed with your consent. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
6. Contact Us
